Teams MUST be available to play at 7am Friday Feb 7th, 2014 (Torl teams may play Thurs night) and MUST be available to play until 5pm Sunday Feb 9th, 2014. We cannot make any accommodations for team travel-Absolutely No emails will accepted asking for schedule changes based on travel plans!
********Your registration will not be considered completed until a copy of your BCRA (or Alberta Ringette) official roster & your teams tiering form (if applicable) is sent to email@example.com . Please use your team name and division as email header!
Each team will be required to submit a full roster with jersey numbers, Provincial tiering form and official Provincial Roster. (BCRA or Alberta Ringette)
U9 Division fee will be $550
U10 & up $750 (Guarantee 4 games plus U14 & up play for medals)

2014 Tournament Directors:
There will be a full refund (minus a $40 processing fee) if your team is not accepted or you drop out prior to acceptance in the tournament. There will be a 50% refund if your team drops out after acceptance in the tournament but before the schedule is released. We anticipate an acceptance date of Dec 1st, 2013.
There will be NO refunds if your team drops out after the schedule has been released.
Acceptance & Confirmation of Registration:
Each year we receive many more applications than we can accommodate at our tournament. The divisions we host depend on the teams our association fields each year in combination with the registrations we receive.
All applications will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis. While this will be the primary consideration in determining successful applicants, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to incorporate other considerations in making final team selections. We are also unable to "hold spots" if applications are incomplete. Each team that applies to the tournament will be contacted and your registration status will be confirmed after the registration deadline passes.
